To Wonderful Windows

We would like to take the time to thank each and every one of you for making our home improvement choice a "Wonderful Experience." From the ladies at the front desk who were always courteous and willing to assist to Mike in the back who handled our windows from start to finish like a professional. Lisa and I would also like to recognize with special thanks Paco and his crew. Without a whole bunch of sappy words that might get them all teary-eyes, we would just like to say you guys are the best contract group we have ever had the privilege of knowing. Clean, fast and very professional only begins to describe this team of installers. You all get our "two-thumbs up" rating.

We would also like to point out one of the nicest perks to the windows is how quiet our home is now. No sounds of barking dogs, vehicles driving by(i.e. garbage collection early Saturday mornings), thunder storms, etc. It's very peaceful now. The comfort of our air-conditioning system has been maximized, what I mean by this is our new windows have completely eliminated all of the hot and cold spots in our home. The climate is very even now which adds to the comfort throughout our home.

In my profession it is my primary job function to prove out quoted savings and/or document savings implemented within our department. My saying is the proof is in the numbers... Well, you decide.

On May 31st, 2010our actual temperature on the window seal before the window was installed was 109.6

On June 1st, 2010 on the same window after Wonderful Window's had installed double pane, low-E windows it read 89.8!

It has also saved me a ton of money on energy bills! Thanks again to each of you and keep up the Wonderful Work!

Dear Mike,

I like the HomeCraftsman windows. They look great and the installation was superb. The primary reason I bought replacement windows from your company was knowing that the installation would be excellent and it met my expectations. Paco and his crew are very professional, polite and personable; just a real pleasure to work with. I also read the BBB report on the company and the score was stellar.

As you know, my disappointment was the sales representation of the upgraded glass. I appreciate your working with me on that and hopefully it leads to better communication between sales and the customer.

I will recommend Wonderful Windows to my neighbor next door. Ya'll may never get off of Beckett Rd.

Please let me know when the crew is shceduled to be across the street so that I'm home for the replacement screen. Of course if I'm not, they can always leave it on my porch.

Over the last 18 months I have invested $70k in remodeling my home. What an experience!!! None does what they promise or quote you. Every story, from every contractor, every excuse, lies. During this process we forget something very important. "Windows" ours were 42 years old. After shopping for 4 months we decided on "Wonderful Windows". It was truely a great experience!! No B.S. Mark the salesman, was very honest, no high pressure. Mike had my windows at my house a week earlier than promised. Jose(the greatest) and his crew had all the windows and sliding door installed in one day. If I had known about this company before, I would have done it years ago!! Signed,

I would like to thank you for the great experience it was doing business with your company. The Window installation was excellent and went without a hitch. The installers were courteous, and did everything they could to to protect the furniture carpeting and draperies. Window shades were removed, and reinstalled and furniture moved back to its original location. I can only say it was a pleasent experience. The Home Craftsman windows are excellent, and I can already tell that they are going to save a lot in air conditioning as the AC units are not running as much.

The Hardieplank siding and Paint is absolutely fabulous.. The work was completed in two non0consecutive days because of weather conditions. The concerns I had of quality were quickly addressed with a direct call to Phillip(the Owner), and everything was complete the second day and exceeded my expectations.

I would like to thank Wonderful Windows and Siding for doing exactly what was promised and at a fair price. The 23 Windows replaced were less expensive than the $189 guys quote for 21 of their windows. They wouldn't touch the large 72" window above the entry. Feel free to use me as a reference, I will be glad to pass on how pleased we are. Thanks again,

Dear Mr. Lagrappe;

This letter is to praise you, your management staff and your company in general for its honesty, expertise, trust and most of all its integrity. Back in 2008 my husband purchased Wonderful Windows for his house. During that same time Richard was considering an alarm system but due to his heavy travel schedule that dream never came to fruition. 2009 we married and because of his travel I definitely wanted an alarm system. The alarm company came out and began to install the system. Half way through they stated that they could not finish because Wonderful Windows had cut all the sensors that were put in during pre-build. This breakage would not allow the glass break system to work.

They went away and the next step was for us to contact Wonderful Windows. We could not find the number nor our contract but we heard there was a home show the very next day. Since this is a home show product we felt that your company would be represented. Sure enough you were there and to our surprise, you the President and your lovely Wife were greeting the crowd together. We discussed the issue with you expecting to get a so sorry your warranty is out or something of that nature. But without hesitation or question you got on the phone called the installer and had him make plans to come to our home. You apologized over and over and even offered a week's stay at your private condo to appease us. We were pleasantly surprised with all the care and concern you took on our behalf.

Even though it took you only seconds to react, it took three months to coordinate a meeting time with the alarm company. We wanted both companies there at the same time. Your company was ready willing and able and the alarm company kept having to reschedule. The day it finally happened your installer was 30 minutes early and the Alarm Company almost an hour late. All the windows were removed and checked and no wires were found broken. The supervisor of the alarm company came himself and discovered that the system was not working because the two alarm installers had no clue what they were doing.

The Wonderful Windows Installer never became angry, put-out or even uttered a word to the two who were found to be incompetent. He replaced all the windows, completed his job, shook our hand said that if we ever needed him again to please call. And with that he gave us his personal cell number, cleaned up the floors inside and outside the house before he left.

In closing I just wanted to say that we appreciate you and your company because as the BBB says, "Ethics = Trust" and you certainly have both Ethics and Trust. Wonderful Windows is Wonderful.

In shopping for new windows for our home, we narrowed it down to 2 companies mainly based on price and quality of windows offered. Before making a decision of this magnitude, I wanted to talk to customers in our area as well as look at their installs. After talking to customers of both companies, both of the people we talked to were happy with their windows and the install. I ended up making my final decision after looking at installs from both companies.

We decided to go with Wonderful windows, mainly based on their very narrow chalk lines between the window edge and the house. Wonderful Windows obviously measured much closer to the edge of the window opening keeping them from having to use wide ugly chalk lines to fill in the gap. The Wonderful Windows install looks 100% better than both of the houses from the other company we looked at.

And the icing on the cake was, Wonderful Windows was the least expensive. I will highly recommend Wonderful Windows to anyone looking for a window replacement company

I was dreading the day we got our new windows. In my mind, replacing every window in my house was going to be a huge mess and a nightmare if it was not done right. I would not have believed what was going to take place that day was even possible.

Wonderful windows arrived at my house at 9:00 AM with a crew of 5 to start removing my old windows. Within an hour, 2 more arrived with a trailer and our new windows. In a total of 8 1/2 hours, they had replaced all 22 windows in my house. They cleaned up after every aspect of the install inside and out. They even cleaned the new windows. Our house is beautiful.

On a scale of 1-10 our Wonderful Windows install was a TEN!!!!!! No, I’d have to give them an ELEVEN!!!

We just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying the benefits of your replacement windows. We have noticed a considerable change in the cooling and heating efficiency of our home. Not only have we had a noticeable change in the cooling and heating but a vast reduction in the outside noise. The most impressive thing to me is the fact that the heat from the West is so reduced that my plants survive in the West porch year round. To Whom This May Concern:

I am writing to express my most sincere appreciation for the work done at my home by Wonderful Windows and Siding (WW). WW was true to their word on every aspect of our negotiation. In a addition, they exceeded my expectations. It is unusual to find a contractor of any sort who lives up to their promises. WW was more than what they promised. The crew completed the work at MY convenience, and in less than the time allotted. The clean up was incredible; I would have not known they were in my home, except that I had new windows. Nothing was broken, and my possessions, some of which were required to be moved during construction were not tampered with, and properly replaced.

I did much research before choosing a company to replace my windows. I noticed that WW is not a member of the BBB, still I chose them because of a referral. The Family who referred WW was so satisfied with the service that I chose them despite their not being a member of the BBB. I write this letter in hopes that anyone who may inquire about WW will receive a favorable (or at least not an unfavorable) opinion from the BBB.

The main reason I appreciate WW is that our contract price was not altered. Though I have an older home which required more than just replacing the windows, the estimate was not changed. I paid the estimated amount and witnessed additional work which could not have been expected by myself nor WW, when the estimate was made. Again, I was not asked for more money and paid according to our negotiation.

My home is very old and I have had a lot of work done by various contractors (most are members of the BBB), however, NONE have shown the integrity that I experienced in Wonderful Windows. Also, I requested that WW leave their sign in front of my home, as I am so proud of the work they did AND I want my neighbors (who have asked who did the work) to know who to call if they need new windows.

When you visited with us before we signed the contract you told us how long the job would take, what paint you would use, the materials you would use, the type of crew that do the job, all the things that are normally talked about when a contract is signed.  Everything you said you would do, you did.  The quality of the work the materials and the paint was excellent. You said it would take two weeks, and in the two weeks the crew was completely finished.  Your crew took pride in their work and it showed up on our house

Dear Philip:

It is not often that I take the time to write letters of appreciation.  It is also not often that people take the time to say thank you to companies that deserve it.  I am certainly way overdue in my writing this little note of appreciation.  I am sorry it has taken me so long in getting this written and out to you.  I just need to tell you, though, how happy I am with my new vinyl insulated windows.

Your company certainly deserves a letter of not only appreciation but a big THANK YOU!  From the first phone call I placed to you all the way until the last window being installed the experience was such a smooth and pleasing one.

You and your employees are wonderful.  The salesmen that came out were very friendly and easy to deal with.  They were helpful in my decisions and took the time to answer all of my questions.  The windows arrived just as promised.  They are so pretty and just as described.  The men that installed the windows were great.  They knew exactly what they were doing and they did a fantastic job.  They did not make a huge mess; they were neat, cordial, and friendly.  They cleaned up after themselves and made the job an enjoyable experience.  When I thought of tearing out the old windows, I just assumed it would be a huge mess.  Not true!  There wasn't even a drop of glass, metal or sheetrock left on my floors or outside anywhere.  Was I surprised!  What a fantastic job these guys did.

I am enjoying my new windows very much.  The investment was definitely a good one.  Another exciting moment was receiving my first light bill.  The electric bill dropped from $278.00 to $124.00!  Wow!  That is significant!

Phil, I want to thank you and your employees for the "Wonderful" windows.  I am one very happy, satisfied customer.  If I ever need windows, siding or any other products your company offers, I will not hesitate one minute to call upon Wonderful Windows to do the job.  I have told several of my friends and family about your company and would be happy to be used as a reference for your company if you ever need.  However I'm sure the type of expertise and professionalism your company has, you have many happy customers.

First of all, I have NEVER written a satisfaction letter to anyone that has done any remodeling, carpet installation, etc. for me.  This is only because I NEVER had as good of an experience as I have with Wonderful Windows.  I have had a carpet installation take me about a year to resolve.  I have also had a room addition take over two years when I was told it would take about six weeks.  I ended up finishing the job myself.

You came out to give me an estimate to replace ten of my windows.  I immediately agreed for you to do the work without any other estimates because I already had an idea what the job would cost, (I have done maintenance for 22 years).  I could have replaced the windows myself, but I decided not to because it would have taken up so much of my time.  I have a full time job and manage twelve condominiums, so my schedule is pretty tight.  Your people told me you would order the windows and then call me with an installation date and work around my schedule to install them.  When I was told you would be out on Monday, December 19, 2005, to install the windows ant it would probably take ONE DAY, immediately I made sure I would be home for that Monday AND Tuesday.  Four men showed up at 10:00am Monday morning and they gone at 1:30pm.  TOTALLY FINISHED!  My wife and I could not believe it.  I had already told my wife to expect this to be at least a two-day job because all of our windows are in brick.  Your men worked over my waterbed and put tarps down inside and outside of each window.  They even vacuumed and cleaned every window in just 3 1/2 hours.  Most importantly they were installed professionally and correctly the first time.

I told my brother-in-law to save his time, and not get any other contractor for replacing his windows.  Just recently Wonderful Windows replaced all of his windows, all of his siding and many other miscellaneous things.  He is also very, very satisfied, because he has had similar bad experiences in the past.

It is so hard to find a company to do what they say they will do.  To me, the low cost was a bonus.  Thank you so very much for doing business the way it used to be... GREAT.  I wish you great success for your business in the future.
